John Sundholm is a writer, producer and actor originally from Detroit, MI. He is the writer, co-creator and costar, with Laura Frye, of the forthcoming comedy web series Doris and Belinda, premiering in 2013. A graduate of Michigan State University, he launched his production career in Los Angeles, cutting his teeth on projects such as Jimmy Kimmel Live, the 2005 Primetime Emmy Awards and specials for Comedy Central.

After relocating to New York, he was featured alongside Tracy Morgan in the 30 Rock episode Winter Madness in 2010, and wrote and costarred in the comedy short Benefits, a 2011 New Filmmakers Festival official selection directed by Chris Ide. In between film projects, John also works in entertainment advertising and marketing, and has written and edited campaigns for Focus Features' Atonement, the CW TV's Gossip Girl, and Dreamworks Animation's Monsters vs. Aliens, among others.
